 和记在线气力输送的主要参数有:混合比、风速、风量、输料管内径等。
  混合比μ,混合比又叫质量浓度,是指单位时间内所输送物料质量与空气质量之比,即:μ=Gs/G    Gs是物料的质量流量,单位是kg/h;?G是空气质量流量,单位是kg/h;在输送相同物料量时,混合比愈大,消耗空气量就愈少,因此动力消耗就小。混合比提高,输料管内物料浓度就会增加,这会使系统的压损增加,同时也增加了堵塞的危险性,因此,在确定混合比时要考虑一下3种情况:
  一是输送方式,在吸送时,受真空度的限制,混合比不能取得很大,而压送,则可取较高的混合比。
  二是输送距离及管道布置,输送距离短、管路布置简单,混合比可取大些,一般混合比随输送距离增加而减少。
  三输料管直径,输料管直径小,物料在管道内容易悬浮,因此,小直径的输料管,可取较高的混合比。或是提高风速,也可提高混合比。
  和记在线气力输送混合比参考:吸送式  低真空的混合比1~8,高真空的混合比10~35,压送式低压1~10,高压10~40。气力输送装置设计是否合理,选择适当的风速是关键的。风速过大,会增加动力消耗,而且也会让输送管的磨损及物料破碎,而过小的风速,却易造成物料在管道内的沉积、堵塞,因此。风速的选择,涉及装置的经济性与可靠性。
  根据悬浮气力输送的机制,只要气流速度略大于物料的悬浮速度,就能实现输送。实际上,双相流在管道内流动时,颗粒间和颗粒与管道间的摩擦碰撞、气流在管道断面上分布的不均匀性、物料在弯管处的减速等,都会影响物料的输送,因此,能实现正常输送的气流速度,远比悬浮速度要大,而且在输送混合收集的垃圾时,输送风速的选择应满足较大悬浮速度的物料。
  在设计气力输送时,选用较低的气流速度是比较经济的,因为在一定速度范围内,系统的压力损失,随气流速度的减少而降低。当然太小的输送风速易造成输料管的堵塞。
  输送的气流速度一般由试验或参考有关输送实例来确定。
